• Personalised workout and nutrition recommendations

• Mood, energy, and habit tracking tools
• Journaling and daily affirmations

Atunelle is a wellness tool, not a medical device.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Atunelle. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

By using Atunelle, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the app responsibly and lawfully
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
• Not use the app to harm, harass, or deceive others

All content, design, software, and technology within Atunelle are the exclusive property of 2739221 Alberta Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Atunelle uses automated systems to generate personalised insights, recommendations, and content. While we work to make these as helpful as possible, AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suited to your individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atunelle and 2739221 Alberta Inc are not responsible for:

• Health outcomes resulting from use of the app
• Decisions made based on app insights or recommendations
• Inaccuracies in user-provided or AI-generated data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Atunelle if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings. See Privacy Policy — Data deletion for full details.

Atunelle is free to download and use with the Free Plan. Pro features are available via subscription with a 7-day free trial:

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Atunelle after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
