Atunelle uses automated systems to generate personalised insights and suggestions based on the data you provide.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited data only in these situations:

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

Usage & technical data	Up to 12 months for analytics and performance
Legal & billing records	Up to 7 years where required by applicable law

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to have your data permanently deleted. Two ways to request this:

  In-app deletion Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• 2
  Email request Send a deletion request to hello@atunelle.com. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

Atunelle is not intended for users under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us immediately at hello@atunelle.com and we will delete the account promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of Atunelle after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
